Since 1994 my passion has grown, from that tantalizing first bite of ORIGINAL LONGVIEW BEEF JERKY
to producing a complete line of quality meat snacks.
Jacky Lau has over 24 years of management experience with producing sauces in Hong Kong and China
with Lee Kum Kee. Jacky's experience in the food industry, production and quality control will lead L.M.M.
for many years to come, with the assurance of delivering nothing but premium product to the consumer.
Danielle comes with a credited background in accounting & bookkeeping. Moving to Calgary in 1998
Danielle spent 4 years with Shell Canada and other comparable positions before arriving at L.M.M.
Her commitment is to bring integrity and accuracy to this key position within Longview.
